Prices
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. The SwiftEasy Mop is ₹1,649 at launch against a maximum retail price of ₹2,349. Delivery is free across India.
Orders and payment
An order is confirmed when Razorpay reports the payment as captured and you receive a confirmation email. If a payment is captured but the order cannot be recorded, we honour the order or refund the payment in full.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Metro cities usually receive the parcel in 2 to 4 days after dispatch, the rest of India in 4 to 7 days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.
You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Write to care@mopsmith.in with your order number and the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Return within 7 days of delivery if the mop is unused and in its original box. We arrange the pickup. Once it reaches us, the refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
Warranty
One-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover wear from normal use, misuse or damage from heat. Keep the box and your invoice.
