Free delivery across India on every order. Dispatched within 2 working days by a tracked courier.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Metro cities usually receive the parcel in 2 to 4 days after dispatch, the rest of India in 4 to 7 days. You get a tracking link by email when it ships.

Cancellation

You can cancel within 12 hours of ordering, as long as the order has not been dispatched. Write to care@mopsmith.in with your order number and the refund goes back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Returns

Return within 7 days of delivery if the mop is unused and in its original box. We arrange the pickup. Once it reaches us, the refund goes to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Damaged on arrival

If the parcel arrives damaged, write to care@mopsmith.in within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we replace it free.

Warranty

One-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover wear from normal use, misuse or damage from heat. Keep the box and your invoice.
