Privacy

This notice says what Mopsmith collects when you use mopsmith.in, why, and how to reach us about it. [Legal entity name and address to be inserted.]

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email, mobile number and delivery address, and the quantity ordered. Payment is collected by Razorpay; your card, UPI or bank details never reach our servers. We receive a payment id and the amount from Razorpay.

Why

To deliver the order, send the confirmation and tracking emails, handle warranty claims and returns, and meet tax and accounting rules. We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.

Where it is kept

Order records are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and emails are sent through Resend. Both process data on our instructions. Records are kept for as long as tax law needs, then deleted.

Cookies

The site uses browser storage to remember your cart. No advertising cookies are set. [Update this section if analytics or an advertising pixel is added.]

Your rights

Write to care@mopsmith.in to see, correct or delete your data, and we will act within 30 days.
